Kentucky’s junior senator, Republican Jim Bunning, makes the list for his prominent leg-humping of coal-to-liquid technology. And, in case you’ve forgotten, Bunning co-sponsored a CTL bill with — yep, that’s right — Sen. Barack Obama, who, the article notes, bailed when it became clear he’d suffer politically for it.
