Patrick Henry Hughes, perhaps the second-most recognizable face of U of L athletic-related activities (Ricky baby!), is all kinds of pissed about new-ish Pep Band rules that effectively ban him from participating. It all centers on U of L’s decision a couple years ago to move the Pep Band under the umbrella of the Athletic Dept. rather than the School of Music.
