Superbug: A new superbug is sweeping the nation, and it’s disgusting: Known commonly as “C. diff,” this bacteria causes some pretty icky intestinal issues. Deadly night: It was a violent night in west Louisville, where two men were found shot to death within several blocks of each other. The first victim — in his 30s — was discovered shortly after 10:15 p.m. in the 2800 block of West Market Street. Llamas loose in Louisville: At least for a few hours: Three llamas escaped from a private farm near the Watterson Expressway on Bardstown Road early this morning. Apparently, an industrious llama who goes by the name “Felicity” was the ringleader of the escape, the farm owner tells WLKY.
Attack on Facebook: With social-networking sites booming, hackers are having their fun, infiltrating people’s accounts and sending messages directing their friends to cool new websites that turn out to be viruses.
We can do it!: The New York Times talks with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg about her experience on the court, particularly as the lone women for the past three years: It’s almost like being back in law school in 1956, when there were 9 of us in a class of over 500 … you felt that every eye was on you. Every time you went to answer a question, you were answering for your entire sex. It may not have been true, but certainly you felt that way.”
