Take a bike

The city is planning to add hundreds of new bicycle racks in downtown garages that will be within walking distance of the KFC Yum! Center. According to Broken Sidewalk, a local blog, Bike Louisville has partnered with the Parking Authority of River City (PARC) to install the sheltered bike corrals, which should be a 10 minute walk from the downtown arena, which opens next month.

    Great. Does this plan also include more bike lanes coming into downtown?

    I can’t wait to ride my bike downtown to a ballgame in the sleet and snow of January.
