The Kentucky Club for Growth just released their new “legislative scorecard,” grading each Kentucky state legislator’s voting record on “issues of fiscal responsibility and economic freedom.” In other words, who is a big-spending liberal, and who is a Rand-ian superhero depriving the tyrannical state government of tax dollars that steal your Liberty.

Only five of the most conservative members of the General Assembly got the coveted “defender of economic freedom” designation, one received the “reliable taxpayer champion” label, and six received the backhanded compliment “room to improve.” Thirty-six were deemed “inadequate” — no Louisville Republicans scored better than inadequate — while the remaining 90 were called out as dirty stinking liberals who are sitting in a tree making out with Big Brother.

The worst of these liberal tyrants were labeled “uncompromising liberals.” Five of the nine given this label by KY Club for Growth are from Louisville, and I’m sure if you asked them they would say “Hell yes, I’m an uncompromising liberal and quite proud of it, thank you.” Here are Louisville’s Greatest:

Oddly missing from this group is Rep. Jim Wayne, as well as Lexington’s Kathy Stein, widely regarded as the most liberal human being in Frankfort. Better luck next year, you two… stop compromising, why don’t you?
