While there’s not a tremendous amount of big game electoral drama in Kentucky this year, one of the biggest and most competitive senate races in the country is right across the river in Indiana, where Tea Party darling Richard Mourdock is locked in a dead heat with Democrat Joe Donnelly. The seat was thought to be a shoe-in for Republicans, until Mourdock upset and trounced ancient Senator Dick Lugar in the Republican primary this Spring.
