Rand Paul denies reality, says Romney has already won

Sen. Rand Paul went on CNBC this morning to declare that the unanimous chorus of polls showing Barack Obama about to cruise to an easy victory over Mitt Romney in 40 days are LIES. The damned dirty liberal lies of pollsters fudging the numbers (including his buddies at Fox News and Rasmussen). In truth, Romney is going to win easily, because the Tea Party won a bunch of races in 2010, or something.

Here’s the video:

Whoops, wrong video. Here’s the correct one:

Paul is incredulous that Ohio could have gone to Republicans so easily in 2010, but Obama is up around 10 points in several recent polls. What could have possibly changed?! Well, possibly the big collectivist government saving their economy with the auto bailout, Ohioans getting a good look at how those Tea Partiers govern, as well as a good look at how the GOP nominee really feels about them:

But that’s just an educated guess. Skewed, I’m sure.

So, if Obama is so far ahead in Ohio, why is he campaigning so hard there? Just asking.
