Rep. John Yarmuth was on MSNBC this afternoon explaining Mitch McConnell’s strange world view in which voters gave McConnell — despite losing big time — a mandate to enact every public policy that Republicans ran on.
As we’ve said many, many times, Mitch is all about Mitch, and no amount of voters will ever convince him otherwise:
Note Yarmuth’s last line: “Let’s hope for once that the interests of the country and Mitch McConnell’s interests coincide. That would be really fortunate.”
Not only “fortunate,” but shocking and unprecedented.
