Seems we can’t go very long before new information is released regarding our Governor and his breakfast plans. Apparently Beshear is scaling back the ostensibly lavish Derby Breakfast in Frankfort to better reflect these darkening economic times — to the tune of $200,000. (Link via the C-J)
